    There is no general rule that dictates eligibility for loans based on heritage or ethnicity. Every scholarship has its own eligibility criteria.

    If you are interested in a specific scholarship, you’ll need to read the application materials very carefully – if the information that you are looking for is not spelled out, then you’ll need to contact the sponsor and ask for additional information specific to your question.

    There is no way that anyone can tell you what the qualification is for some ‘generic’ Hispanic scholarship.
